26th - 28th February, Sofia, Bulgaria.

We found a lovely hostel (Mostel Hostel) with the friendliest staff you could wish for and full of knowledge.  They saw Yolande and looked a bit worried as a few months previous they had guests doing pretty much the same trip as us, but their gear box packed in whilst staying in Sofia, and they ended up staying in the hostel for 2 months waitıng for a part! They ended up turning around and heading home!!

We spent a couple of days wondering around the city, taking in the sights, and the local beer (of course)
